For returns due to defects: If the reason for the return is defective
merchandise, a call tag will be sent to the customer or a customer will be
reimbursed for shipping costs-the method is at Four Seasons Survival's
discretion. If replacement product is requested, it will be shipped at no
additional charge as soon as the Returns Department determines the product is
defective and not due to customer misuse.
For returns for replacement due to size or color change: If an order was
filled correctly and the reason for the return is the item ordered is determined
by the customer upon arrival not to be the size or color needed, the customer is
responsible to send it back to the address directed by email or phone and to pay
shipping costs for the return. Costs to send the product back to the customer
will be covered by Four Seasons Survival.
Returns for restocking/credit: If an item is returned for refund for any
reason other than defect, the full refund will not be issued if the condition of
the item is such that it cannot be resold at full price. The original shipping
cost will also be subtracted from the refund. The customer is responsible for
return shipping. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned for credit
orders.
